Qualcomm has opened a lot of BUs in the past years, among which there are some people set up for the sake of turf promotion to fool the CEO, and some people have no ability to take over an independent BU except for the ability to sell ppt. what BUs do you think are bleeding and have no future (the following may be incomplete, please help to add and correct it).
