Does it seem like there are a lot of leaves of absence?
I don’t understand why HR allows hiring managers to violate normal principles and hire people that do not have skills or credentials or who switch jobs way too often? I know a person who stayed 7 months on previous job as a manager. What one can achieve in 7 months? Why is he “abandoning the ship so fast?”
Poor hiring is a big problem at TC Energy. We end up with incompetent workforce but when it comes to layoffs good people are being let go.
Which one are you talking about? I’m sure there are many in the works!
