Why is anyone even surprised

  1. Moving your own customers to the cloud is hardly growing your business.
  2. Non-technical, clueless and directionless ELT are only focused on cost reduction through layoffs, limiting travel and mindless acquisitions.
  3. Stretching SOX compliance and not facing realities: Churning Customer base and workloads, significant loss of revenue, no new logos , yet you are showing growth. How???????!!!
  4. I am curious to see how TC, SM, and CB spin this one. Instead of admitting where they went wrong, they are going to give awards out, applaud the new worthless corporate website built using wordpress, plan the next SKO and make travel plans for all the “possibles”. Shameless behavior.

All one needs to know is there are senior engineering directors making close to a quarter of a mil just for taking meeting notes, sending meeting invitations, and maintaining equipment inventory spreadsheets for their directors or VPs. They were kept while lower paid engineers actively working on customer crisis and complex tecnical projects were RIFfed.

Just ask around. People can just look at the org chart and know who they are.

Current engineering ELT and all engineering directors up are insecure, politically vengeful to preserve status quo.

Spoken like an ELT and probably an ELT doing passive aggressive encouragement to do self layoff to avoid morale issues and exposing ELT plans.

I get money for TD and loyal to TD shareholders and customers, not fumbduck ELT. I will do the job that TD hired me to do and call it like I see it ... ELT is clueless heartless narcacists and workers may nod their heads to comply but they hate all these fumbducks.

Just like an autocrat, my way or the highway. ELT already got rid of any with dissenting views, better or not. They must be proud to know they now have all yes people and will never know the true sentiment, culture, or state of the products. Everyone waiting to cash out at the right time.

ELT rotten to the core and nothing will fix this place.
