I work with them day in, day out. They do cheat the system. Some of them just approach the AE, ask for updates and populate SFDC with the next steps. No real cold calling or finding new opportunities. Oh lets not forget, all of then su-king up to their manager in a bid to get a fast progression???? How desperate can you get. One of them started off as an associate sales rep, kept su-king up to her boss, were all over each other over a Christmas party and the next thing you know is she's become a manager. Absolute BS.
i work with the nextgen sales team literally every day and this is totally bogus. The ppl from nextgen who got laid off were probably the ones who just cashed the paycheck and had no real interest in learning or doing anything. at least that's what i saw from the next gen ppl who got let go
