The Micron I really miss, no longer exists. That is the sad part.

What a brain washing Micron has preformed making the workers think they have it so good.
I now work where they treat me like an adult. No preformance appraisal curve, managers that help you reach your goals and want you to succeed. Beer and wine in the frig, happy hour with co-----l each week, unlimited PTO.
The best part of gett let go from Micron is knowing that I can be a top contributeor to companies outside of Semiconductors. Don't sell yourself short. Your career long Micron skills are useful elsewhere.
