honestly curious what pay looks like for everyone else maybe that plays a big factor. I was laid off in feb, ISR in MB VEL 68k base 98 OTE

Im here in the US. I was in field sales in a speciality overlay role. 360k OTE as well. They essentially are giving me 5 months of full pay to go away. It's not a bad deal. I got interviews immediately and had 9 different companies reach out to try and scoop me up. At least the market now isn't as bad as it was in Feb when others got laid off. I have a feeling most people will land on their feet a little better this time.
lots of presales got let go and from what it looks like it was either mainly specialty or the newer engineers. mixed ote across the board - almost all seasoned presales have ote's of 180-200k while newer ones are at 100ish. Seen all levels get let go .. i think these layoffs were more about eliminating specific roles and overlaps
I have 360 OTE. I'm sure it made me a target. Paid 360. Worth about 290. It is what it is.
