What is your source??
More than 50% of the total cuts will come from China since that market appears to have dried up.
Most N1s will be sent home and offered a job working in an office there.
That may leave 25% of the cost cuts, which will be the closing of some small offices, remote workers, and people who live in San Diego and insist on working remote.

It's 20% actually. But would be selective, e.g. PTE will be cut more 35% and moved to India, RFIC is 10%, MDM is 5%. Can't share more
