No, they just don't have to file it yet if they pay enough severance or the layoffs aren't effective immediately.
The RI WARN notice has not been updated since 7/5. I bet CVS paid someone off to sit on it until after the layoff happens.

Keep in mind CVS Health HAS NOT filed any WARN notices.
No IT layoffs that I know about and I have an in. They are still in the dark just like us.

I can tell you the department I work in last month they let go 10 people and they're not backfilling those positions. The rest of us are so overloaded on work it's not even funny.

They in fact did start last week.
people posting here the layoffs already started are lying to you. They have in no way started. they likely will happen next week
August 14th and 15th are the days most people are hearing.
Someone at the VP level confirmed all the layoffs will be happening on one day and that day is “coming soon.”
