Mark Santos is leaving DCS to go over to Medicaid. No replacement. Any thoughts?

What area is mark Santos currently in?
He is a "seat warmer" for Kelly Munson...... he has zero Medicaid experience at all. I really wish Karen would either pay attention to Medicaid or sell the business to someone who will actually invest in it
