This company has damaged the reputation of the designation "principal engineer". New generation principals are mere project progress trackers along with PMs and becoming redundant very quickly. Good luck to principals who had come through low entry barrier.
Principal, staff level
In the past, they have targeted Sr Staff, Principal and Director I assume because the salary is higher
