This forum stinks but necessary of knowing what's coming. It su-ks seeing ones go...and despite what you say about company there are awesome and great people that have undeniable skills that got let go. Having one for all affected but I saw some great people get released who were top performing high activity people any other company would love to have. Dell was lazy about this round and lost some top talent. Us others realize this is 6 month contract and will no longer walk on eggshells. Time is up.

This is not the company I once knew. It is unfamiliar and tired.
You're right. We lost all the great people on my team. I feel for them and it was not performance based. I think it was because they were over 50.
