Smarsh had a layoff in the Enterprise Engineering dept as a part of reorg yesterday and they announced more reorg can happen in the future. The goal is only profitability and no regard for hard-working employees.
Note that these layoffs aren't a result of macroeconomic conditions but they are unique to Smarsh since they want profitability at any cost.
