It has already begun. It will be small enough that it will stay under the radar.
It's rumored the layoff will be tomorrow. When did you hear of the impact?

I heard in weekly meeting that some folks will be impacted in my team.
I have heard that this layoff will happen till end of August.
Be nice if there was proof of it; someone coming fowatd., an email . Press. We have ppl jumping ship on their own, or are they?

The music never stops at Netapp, I always wonder how does netapp get anything done by throwing its employees under the bus constantly.
No one should be put under such constant stress for a sh---y salary.
People from other companies, if you are watching this, don't come to netapp even when you are desperate for a job.

Netapp is a sinking ship at this point, my heart goes out to all those impacted and hope you find a gig that will actually appreciate you unlike this place. I was recently laid off from Netapp and found employment quickly at a fantastic company, I am much happier now! Good luck to everyone, you deserve better.
Wouldn’t it have happened already? It’s about to be 12 PM. They’re usually very early in the morning. I guess we have another two days in the week.
Getting information that some of the cloud teams are being impacted today. No details yet but it seems that yet another layoff is happening. Good luck to those directly affected and those who remain.
Seeing the classic signs, reorganization, changes in duties, quiet from middle management. I hope that this isn’t a sign of yet another large layoff, time will tell, I guess.

If they layoff security, then thankgad. All the cr-p they implement makes it a main the ar-e to get any work done.
