In NJ 50% of the workforce is gone. It almost appears as if the company is not funding Small Cells any longer. If that is the case, Small Cells is dead.

If you live in San Diego or San Jose Counties and are working remote, you can be certain you have sent your job to India. Other large companies have warned employees about consequences of not returning to office. Qualcomm will use the lay off to follow suit.

25% reduction is not 25% HC reduction. Depending on where it’s done, it will vary. QCOM can survive with just 10% HC reduction in the US.
