Labor arbitrage is the practice of searching for and then using the lowest-cost workforce to produce products or goods.

So, round two! AB at this point has lost all associate trust.
It sounds like they getting rid of all US corporate and replacing them with folks from overseas.
Hearing that AB is setting up their own sweat shop in india/Lithuania/Mexico and while that ramps up, they are walking out the people that are older and tenured while keeping the “workaholics”. No saying what happens once the cheap labor is trained. The “think tank” that is going to be left behind is not going to be easily replaced with more Americans down the road as all the junior roles are going offshore. Leadership will collect their huge bonus and jump ship before they get real talent - not their problem for now.
Clients are being lied to everyday. Cencora is done… only way to grow is to gobble up unsuspecting business world wide and stamping out competition.

The second round has already started Mostly IT notified in August and other departments to follow.
Options to reapply and if not selected you are given your final date and severance package. Lots of middle management roles seem to have been eliminated.
Looks like everyone in this round of layoffs will be employed through October and leaving in early November.

Majority of lower Mgmt kept in the dark.24 month plan, additional "resource center" spin up. A few business units & shared services will be affected, particular emphasis on US workforce. More than one round of layoff's...several in stages.....JUMP
More layoffs definitely happened between Fri / Mon August 11 and August 14 and swear this is the last round...but haha yeah right. Customers keep leaving so that means layoffs
