Dish has been doing rolling layoffs since January - likely to skirt notification laws. There’s zero stability there, and the company doesn’t even offer severance (unless you’re a senior exec). I would not recommend anyone work here - shady company, poor management, non-existent culture… Charlie just runs things as his personal piggy bank and doesn’t give a damn about his people.

They are letting people go without severance or any notice at all. They say that the position is no longer needed. That’s it. It’s their way if firing people without saying “you’re fired.” Absolutely pathetic and completely heartless. This company does not give a sh-t about their employees. You’re just a number. Stay away from this place. Worst company ever.
Couldn’t agree with this more. I have been here less than 6 months and it is absolute insane businesses practices. Charlie makes all the decisions so you can probably guess that Dish and Boost are headed out to pasture with Blockbuster.
