I’m a former SP employee. Nobody told me about a buyout yet , 8/5 /23.
How much is the buyout?,???
Troll posting just to get you riled up.
EEO violations guy.
Sounds like you don't work at the railroad.
They can and do get rid of just about whomever they like.
Pending physical is a death sentence for 95% of all the employees.
You absolutely sound like a left winger that gets a bit triggered when tough talk starts.
While filing the EEO claim you will definitely have 5 years to figure out how unfair it is as your case is litigating.
Buyouts aren’t discriminatory they ask for volunteers and you don’t have to take it. I’ve been through some in other companies with unions. Most take it and buy themselves and corvette and live the retired life others that can still work take it, take a year off or two and then go back to work sometimes in the same industry just another company. I would certainly take it and to the later or even something else entirely.
@1ykd-Do you really think UP cares about that? They don’t. That’s why the OP said “buyout”. Remember when PSR started they supposedly lost a bunch of older employees medical records, pulled them out of service and made them take physicals to come back? Those that couldn’t weren’t allowed back.
I’m 47.. Give me a buyout
Really? Have you heard of age discrimination and EEO violations before? What you highlighted, describes both violations perfectly. I'd recommend that you listen to someone else for your "details"! That's just a suggestion. A buyout to cut the older fat would certainly warrant a violation under US code for age discrimination. You might want to look up what the penalties are for any US based company engaging in practices of hiring and firing based on age.
You're so full of shiiiit you stuuuupid, stuuuupid Boy!
