I predict this is going to last more than 2 days. Today was horrible. Evidently an update is causing the system to crash. No claims could be reversed. Seriously, does no one up high in corporate think of holding people accountable for this. I'm tired of this.

Hey it’s all sunshine and rainbows at corporate Michelle P going around doing photo ops at stores showing off her new shoes. So much for corporate responsibility they preach. Believe she sits on board at Nike, talking about heart of service here while she turns the other cheek at the Chinese slave labor making her $250 Nikes she sporting.
