Changes you'd like to see here?

Unfortunately, those changes that I believe are necessary for the company to move forward, I do not believe will happen…….
In any case, I'm interested what changes you would like to see here?

the model has changed: and sales are down, stop counts are down, branches are closing , people are leaving , morale saaaawks , the company is hit with lawsuit after lawsuit , Amazon has made mason look like an afterthought…..

They need sales reps again! Sales reps and their customer relationships is what gave WB Mason the edge on the competition.

They need to abolish the useless call center because it not only doesn’t grow business but it constantly loses accounts that limited resources have to go gain back only to be lost again once it’s switched back over to the call center.

They need to stop holding the few guys at each location responsible for unrealistic growth when they have no resources or staffing to reach those expectations.

Finally, how about compensating the employees that are sticking around staying loyal and breaking their backs everyday trying to keep the company above water.

let’s offer anyone who was furloughed thier job back, should they want it.
