Not clocking out for lunch

Have an employee who hasn't clocked out for lunch for the past 2 months but has been taking them. Been employed over 2 yrs. Who do I talk to and is this a reason for termination?

If it’s your employee I would address first before going to HR. They will point out your lack of leadership by not being engaged with your employee, it’s a risk!!

You should speak to them about it. But first make sure that is what they are doing. You may want to call advice and counseling about this before speaking to them. I would give them the chance to correct the wrong they doing and also let them know I am monitoring breaks. If they proceed to continue then I would proceed for termination. But give them the chance to correct the problem, make them aware that you know what they are doing and let them know they must clock out when taking a 30 meal break.
