Someone told me he needed to reschedule his meetings because all managers have trainings the rest of today and I think Thursday too. Anyone know if the trainings have to do with work-force-reduction. I believe before May layoffs, they had all managers meetings/trainings too.

Just the usual training on how to brainwash employees to conform, prevent further loss of moral while providing no incentives, and tell you everything will get better without actually telling you anything of merit.
I think the managers are well trained by now

We have reviews? I've been with WD a bit over a year and haven't been told about any reviews. I thought there'll be no reviews since no bonus anyways. Actually I didn't even set proper goals with my manager. Sounds like it's probably a good reason for me to start looking for new opportunities.
Not for HDD people. We are doing review and planning as usual.
