Job cuts are not even close to being done! They will be consolidating regions and will eliminate regional staffs!

Except it has now happened and we are all left wondering what district we are in and under what dm/dpr!
Regarding the demoralized remaining employees, I'm not sure corporate really cares about a demoralized workforce. If they do, then that's something new.
Major reduction of all field leadership positions by 9/1 is the rumor.
This is a recurring rumor that comes up every year several times. This is the most likely time for it to happen but still seems unlikely given how important regional knowledge is. Almost every state has different reimbursement pressures and regional issues. I suppose it could go from 16 to 12 but is the 40 or so jobs they’ll cut really worth it? Even the people that stay will be so demoralized it will be a major issue. The remaining RVPs will be looking for something else immediately.
