Can somebody tell our leadership that transparency is a good thing?

There were some very poor choices made for people who were laid off.
And now others are having to clean up messes made by those who were retained.
Qualcomm must address the favoritism and nepotism that is rampant in all departments
The joke was I kept misspelling on purpose to keep him going! It worked 😂.
Wait! You are so correct! Me English needs to get a lot gooder before I am allowed to make a point. Because any misspelled word will invalidate my whole argument.
This is a funny thread. One guy makes a point using facts and upsets another guy. The other guy can’t argue the facts so attacks the guy with personal insults.
Once someone attacks you with personal insults they have lost. It would have been better if you never reply and just tell the other guy he is right. Bc in his mind he is always right.
"Thanks for showing us your are a narcissist"
Did you mean to say "...showing us you are a narcissist ?"
"But out conversation will have to end"
Did you mean to say our conversation will have to end?
I'll end it, don't worry. This is too easy. I never mentioned race, you did. I was discussing language, and rude people. Rude people that call other people "not bright" better be bright themselves. Hypocrite.
One of my coworkers, an old timer, recently got the ax. His manager told him 5% reduction. He was a dedicated engineer, I can't believe he was part of the RIF.
Thanks for showing us your are a narcissist. I don’t feel anyone can explain it better than you did below. People always say Qualcomm is a racist place to work and I thank you for giving people a sample of what employees talk about what happens every day. Again stating facts is not condescending…. But out conversation will have to end but you still don’t get the point… attacking a person directly bc one is a racist narcissist is something else
So you're saying: "Qualcomm’s work force just isn’t bright" is a statement of fact??"
Your deductive reasoning skills are as good as your language skills, which isn't saying much.
"Especially when the argument is in the person 3rd language" - That should be person's , not person. You still have a ways to go before you say you "speak" 3 languages.
"Sorry you will not understand this" You forgot the punctuation, a period, at the end. I think most if not all languages require it.
You really are arrogant, mentioning how many languages you know as many times as you have. You couldn't be any more transparent -- you're showing your arrogance. You're nothing special.
Stating facts is not arrogant nor condescending…. But pointing out a grammar error in a statement you cannot argue with is the definition of condescending…. Especially when the argument is in the person 3rd language…. Sorry you will not understand this
@1syw - I know 3 as well. But I'm not arrogant or condescending in any of them.
Yes, nothing more till Oct 2023 (start of next fiscal year).
Leadership said no layoff this fiscal year, then nothing will happen for the rest of the fiscal year, right?
Q leadership may not be transparent, but at least more transparent than other tech giants. They mentioned 5% opex reduction almost 2 quarters agop. In each of the previous layoffs, warning was given quite a few months in advance. And Q workers would whine complaining why announce so long in advance! Whiny little b**ches!
English is my 3rd language- can you tell me how many you know?
@fia At least they know the difference between "anymore" and "any more". I don't think you're one to judge other people's intelligence.
Leadership can’t be anymore transparent… Qualcomm’s work force just isn’t bright. The CEO can go on CNBC and say layoffs are coming and a Qualcomm worker will say “No one told me anything but I think layoffs are coming”
I will, as soon as they return to office.
