With the FTC block on the MS/Activision being kicked out I believe the VMware acquisition will now be approved. My guess is the FTC does not want the additional embarrassment of the VMW deal block being overturned on appeal and will approve the deal. In the UK, given VMW does not have any home grown competitors I don’t see the CMA having much of a case against Broadcom. I’m going to predict a deal closing by end October and big job cuts coming in November.

They are waiting until the dead of winter with a blizzard at your doorstep so you feel more pain when laid off.
At this point, it is a mercy kïllîng.
I heard that Hock hired a big 5 consulting group to come in and tell him who and what to keep and who and what to let go.
Why is the acquisition still dragging on?
Maybe you should stop watching youtube and start reading articles.
