For the life of me I can't find it now, but wasn't there some sort of direct complaint line that we could get a hold of Karen's inbox or voicemail if we saw bullying at a high level. Could someone put that out there. I remember she said that she would review it directly. This was after the VP got fired on the East Coast

Extremely Effective, agreed. But I think I remember seeing that too. Maybe Mandela Effect but there was something about not using open door if it was an immediate concern
