Its not about the brand, talent, passion. Its about favortism, promotions and positions to people that are family, friends, without experience or knowledge . Its just not good. Managers stay in the positions their in since making bookoobucks, they dont leave.

Do NOT worry - Shein is going to take over the entire clothing industry and many companies will be laying off including those managers and their family/friends who work there. Best if you start to look for a change in careers cause recession is going to be coming soon and this time it's going to be long. If Victoria Secrets helps with tuition payment, I suggest you go a few certification in something else where you can still find a good paying job during recession. Forget about your colleagues and just think about yourself and how to prepare yourself for an upcoming recession (and save as much money as you can while you still have a job).
