I've heard from colleagues who were JEP'd last year that they received their severance check before the end of their first month of being a non-3Mer. June 30th was my last day and my final paycheck posted as usual. I had another deposit from 3M Payroll post yesterday for what I assume was unused vacation. Curious if there is a date where 3M is required by law to complete the severance payment.

Same question here, got my last pay check (3 weeks I was still employed on paper + unpaid vacation). But yet to see severance pay (one week per year of service)
Any updates from anyone on the timing of the severance checks from 3M?
I believe the severance estimate was salary only and did not include vacation pay.
I too was in this last round officially ended on the 30th. I got the vacation payment, still waiting for the severance. Any clue if the severance estimate included the vacation payout?
They’re supposed to complete it in the time frame stated on your paperwork. For me, they were two weeks late. HR was super unfriendly about it when I inquired, and routed me to the GSC.
