Ref: Vision vs Reality- decision made to leverage “low cost” to show case “effective cost saving” = Vision. So called “cost saving” is a bandaid fix = increase in execs stock options/bonuses. Reality? Lower cost resource translates into “recurring” revenues on the never ending break/fix.. there you have it- “great vision” NOT!! No checks/balances . How excited we get to support this vision? What a joke!!!

A highly qualified high performer was cut in January this year while working on a critical near completion project. The “leader” passed the assignment to one of their “buddy”. Railroaded the progress and turned into a mess - bouncing ball/blame storms cost over run… Right! This is the type of exciting toxic climate we are in ..
This original poster is either a grade 30+ trying to railroad and gaslight others or they are living in some type of fairy dream world. This post fits directly into the fake woke company culture and narrative that is being pushed out yet isn’t actually doing anything to improve.

What I have seen is long time USA coworkers have been let go recently and new folks hired from India (that take 5x longer). My main account was disconnected for 4 hours as they tested shutting off accounts for the next round of RIF and now I am being asked to submit all my current work and responsibilities...so exciting !!
