I am not exaggerating at all when I say that I am now working for three people. I'm completely exhausted, but I know I'm not the only one. The company is squeezing people more than ever. Can anyone here compare their workload now to, say, a year or two ago?

Now suddenly it all stops. What happened? Where did all the volume go?
Nothing ships, I’ve never placed an order from anywhere, where it never ships or is so far outside the estimated time frames. They have removed the phone number to service and dumped the bulk on the digital team. This department is overwhelmed. Taking up to 6 texts at a time. And there is little concern to have this function staffed. What you get is customers who are fed up with the long wait times which then affects your stats. We are doing the work of 3 people. Most agents are tired of being lied to by managers. There is nothing done about the suppliers that process orders and immediately create a shipping label to stop us from canceling past shipping date orders. This company is going down fast and I would not be shocked if they are no longer in business within the next couple of years.
My dept is getting non stop overflow from multiple other depts and its getting to be too much. Everyone is super stressed. I dont understand why management cant figure things out, most people dread going to work with how things are right now.
How has yours increased, I have seen agents in all departments getting more work by cross smiling and having little to no downtime as it’s all now either their calls or overflow for other departments
