There will be plenty of mischief on this year's survey. Watch out Marvin and Small Hands.
I'm not taking the survey whether they pester me or not. I have better things to do then make store management look good for the executives. Plus they will sc--w us once the survey is done. Especially when the corporate office gets roasted again.
Question ? When has anyone on this site seen any change brought about through these surveys. I have been when Lowe's ten+ years. The only change is to the worst. Why am I still at Lowes? The work isn't hard and I like most of (my) customer 🥺
Get ready for the upcoming cuts. Melvin will slash and cut(nothing new). He thinks he is the savior of the world(NOT!!!) He will stab you in the back to save a penny(not to be mistaken for JC Penney.) He needs to quit the podcasts and propaganda cr-p. The employee survey should be telling enough. Corporate got burned last year. Can't wait to see the results from this one.
Ugh, you’re so right about the “propaganda tv” in the break room! Because there’s not enough noise/mind control with the awful music and announcements on the intercom, the car horns honking on Zebras, as well as employees not using headphones to listen to whatever they choose to while on their breaks. It’s way to much “stim” to be called a “break”!
The survey is about as useless as the propaganda tv in the break room. What a waste of money. You can't keep good employees because you won't pay them but you put a tv in the break room in all the stores. Come on Melvin. What a joke. But at least we get some candy for our trouble.

I'm posting again. You kept us open until 8:00 on July 4. That meant I got to leave at 9:00, only to be back at 6:00am. Did I enjoy the holiday? No. It will be reflected on the survey. Since this has been removed 3 times. This needs to be made aware of.
But at least we get candy while we sit in our simulated voting booths.
I saw that. Melvin and Small Hands must be getting offended. LOL.
Someone posted about the survey last week 3 different times. All 3 were removed. Lowe's Corporate must be getting sensitive about this subject.

All that matters to managers is that you do the survey so that they can brag about 100% participation and engaged associates. You may even have a “post survey” meeting with store manager to voice your suggestions. Ultimately, nothing will ever be done from the results of survey or meetings.
The 9 years I was there this was the biggest joke, so call anonymous but management would hunt you down to take it.
If the survey were taken seriously the management in my store would have been fired. Nothing will change because nothing has changed in all these years.
It's going to be worse than last year if that is possible.
Results ignored by Corporate, save to blow their own horns about how we are essential to the Lowe's "Family," and btw God Bless.
