You don’t get to be that rich ethically. Any company/board that pays one individual that much money has shown you everything you need to know.
Yes, I have to say I saw his salary published in a Beckers report, just after I was part of a layoff in August.... Glad I was able to help the bottom line and boost his salary. On a side note, Optum is denying my supposed sign on award, as well as a lousy week of PTO owed. My advice, get everything in writing and reviewed by an attorney before you enter into employment with this organization. So much for the "integrity" they boast in their onboarding documents as part of their "culture." I found it non-existent during my employ and ESPECIALLY after!
