Schroeter is trying to cut costs aggressively so he can try to sell the company at a $2 billion evaluation to Infosys or Nortel and collect a big final paycheck for himself. I know him. The man is a psycho whose only goal is to maximize his own wealth, and he is happy to destroy lives to do it.

in Brno CIC its still running, not saw managers on bench but skilled tech people so question is who brings the most value to company or its just rats game to rather hang skilled person instead of 1st line manager or any other managerial position without any added value.. its against logic :) or its a sort of screwed game who will survive
So it begins, this company is in panic mode.
