What is going on with the vision center development manager position? My application still says under review.

One of my fellow VCMs had her interview this week via Zoom.
Most likely the company doesn’t know either. With the recent pushback regarding wages in the vision center It’s possible that it’s delayed.
The comp for that position isn’t great either, at least for the level of responsibility. The company can’t figure out how to pay people what they deserve.
My fellow VCM friend applied but was not accepted for the position. She was told 2 weeks ago. We still don't know who the 2 are that were chosen for our region either.
