I don't get you

If you hate TD so much that you can't accept it when it's doing well - objectively! - and have to find ways to make it seem like it's failing, why in the world are you still here??? For the sake of your own mental health, quit and join another company that is more to your taste. Do yourself a favor and leave. You'll never be happy here, that's obvious.

OP = Original Poster. It is internet shorthand to reference the person who wrote the original post that we are all commenting on.

I don’t see an OG listed here, but OG refers to the long timers (I think it is short for Original Gangster but is common American internet slang for anyone who is either original to a team, company, org, neighborhood, etc. or has been there decades).

Ask the marketing team about the JW infractions and the settlements for HR violations. Ask HR about the # of JW complaints from her team and others who have to deal with her.. The facts are there, but the ELT still turn a blind eye.

Finally read the JW thread, many comments from her own team. It has over 5,000 views, with over a hundred comments. There is no smoke without fire.

O.P is the typical corporate shill—if you don’t play along, lick boots, and accept a false reality while ELT enriches themselves, you need to leave. If you don’t believe laying off talented staff is good for ELT, you need to leave. If you don’t believe the biggest event in the last 10 years for a tech company is a PR stunt on Wall Street, not a technology product release, then you need to leave. If you question why ELT breaks HR rules that would get anyone else fired, you need to leave. You get the picture.

Can’t go off the stock price increase, as that is just riding the same wave most US tech stocks are benefiting from. Especially with the discreet lay layoffs happening to sales this year.
