Disclaimer, I didn't get PIP'ed, but the couple years of bad ranking all started with this line. I just find it pathetic that doing your base job well is automatically assumed. How we should all influence w/o authority. Then what exactly are those in auth role supposed to be doing if we are all influencing w/o?
