You can bet on compensation cuts with the exception of the executive leadership.

They have to provide notice to the state before having significant layoffs. Be on the lookout.

Either they cut headcount and or pay/equity. Willing to bet on it. Sad

You work for less compensation and are thankful for the newly remodeled building and awesome glass interior offices while the executive team gets a nice new cushy floor with awesome private offices while cashing their huge paychecks at our expense.

Layoffs in order, but not of the incompetent or diversity hires. We will always keep those. Got a piercing? Closet le--o? Clueless dingbat? Those will stay..........

I still expect a layoff too before the end of the year. Drilling activity in the second half of this year and probably most of next year is going to be very low (except in Egypt) and there are too many staff to support this - except new Directors and VPs of course.

I mean, a layoff would be true to form for this company, so yeah probably a layoff to make more room for new Directors and VPs.
