I hate BPX. The gossip and management in the Permian are atrocious. So many great people have been run off by FS/HL and crew. Thei place is super toxic. I'm out of here first chance I get. The pay is awful, and the leadership is super cliquish. Just plain crazy. There is no room for growth and career progression unless you are a part of the clique.

I worked there and would agree with this sentiment. Its true.
HL is a vp, is FS at her level, or just a manager?
In any event, this whole artificial DEI, of pushing these two, (Diversity, equity inclusion), has made layoffs even rougher for intelligent BPX employees.
I can't even begin to explain the difference in aptitude between those who are and are not hired based on diversity (entry-level only; don't know much about higher up)
the permian BU is a text book case of why you should never have only inept female mgmt. I feel for the younger generation and hope they don't stay in that toxic sludge. Pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION when they're talking!
