New round of layoffs,wouldn't surprise me after November 8th. This is when quarterly earnings will be revealed. This upcoming report is the crucial one for Kyndryl. Hopefully it's a good one. If not they will try to spin it as we atleast didn't lose as much money as we could have. It is all smoke and mirrors, account manipulation and double speak.
Involuntary separation is not a layoff, it is a firing. Kyndryl will without a doubt start ramping up these involuntary separations'. This company has no choice, It has an over staffing of employees'. The current number of IBM roll over employee's is massive. Most of these IBM roll over's make a huge salary. That is justified within a company like IBM. Realistically Kyndryl is not a huge well established company. It's nature is still a struggling start up company fairly new to wall street. A new start up company like Kyndryl can not afford all of the exorbitant salaries and benefits or expensive perks.
Laid off because Kyndryl lost the Aecom contract. Was assigned to the bench for a month before being cut loose.
Listen American workers of Kyndryl. Line up your ducks now. The next wave of layoffs will without a doubt becoming to America. If you have not been keeping score. This would be round two for layoffs, for the American workers. Start looking for work now. You need a job to get a job. The sooner you start the better you'll eat.
