Don’t be fooled, lay-offs are being executed as we speak in multiple countries.
Give it time. Kyndryl is still in its "IBM legacy" stage, which hits both ways. There are definitely issues, but don't forget that corporate revenue depends in large part on multi-year outsourcing contracts. It ain't easy to get out of that, for either Kyndryl or the clients. Kyndryl management can't just get rid of employees en masse without breaking SLAs.
The real tests of Kyndryl's long-term viability will lie in contract renewals and new signups. If and when Kyndryl loses customers, then you'll see the big changes...not before.
