After the supreme court decision, striking down colleges and universities, admitting students based on race will Boeing stop hiring to meet quotas based on skin color?

No, they will not. If anything, you'll see companies double down on discriminating against white males because of something called "ESG" or Environmental, Social, & Governance scores. It's essentially a social credit score companies have that big banks and finance are using as leverage as a determining factor when extending finance to corporations. No diversity, inclusion, or equity program at your company = no money.
The supreme court is as much out of touch of what the vast majority of population prefers as Boeing is out of touch with engineering and manufacturing quality and safety.
Boeing is the poster child for systemic racism in employment
No one cares what Boeing or this supreme court does. Both are now irreverent and ignored.
From Boeing's Own website:
Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, se-ual orientation, gender identity, age, physical or mental disability, genetic factors, military/veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.
This hasn't been the case for years. Even when downsizing, they openly factor in race and other social metrics over performance and or qualifications.
Not saying this is wrong or wright, just operational fact.
"The hiring of senior manager and executives have been non-white males for several years."
Meant to say, females, not males.
Boeing stated they wanted 20% of all applicants to be black.
Boeing stated they will hire the black applicants over any other.
Boeing stated that "ethics" requires all teams to consider if a black person is on the team, and if not, the team was not ethical.
Boeing has an executive mentoring program of which white males need not apply.
The hiring of senior manager and executives have been non-white males for several years.
Several Boeing executives have stated that anyone over 50 is too old to hire for anything.
Will Boeing stop their racist and illegal acts? Nope. Too many executives are now non-white females under 50.
