What about a pseudo-leader that says the "teams are self-managed and the result are not so important" ?
It is clear, the last 10 years Google did a lot of bad decisions hiring pseudo-leaders responsible for the mass destruction of the company's core engineering and innovation practices. Now we have a CEO that thinks images generated by ML like dogs with wings, will solve a "huge" customer problem and focus on health care initiatives that are available and discussed at the market more than 5 years ago.
Google is doomed... more people will lose their jobs while this CEO is putting on his pocket more than 230 million dollars regarding the disgrace he is and the pseudo-leaders are causing... same on Google X, a bunch of useless directors that never built a real product on their lives.
