Anyone know if there are executive management changes to go with the new branding ?

Did you ex employees ever think maybe you are the problem………….
The greatest truth ever spoken.
Francisco Partners and Mike Pulli destroyed what once was a good company that truly cared for customers.
Nobody would want to buy Verifone or what's left.
You wanna know what the firing criteria was?
"Build up a list of who you don`t like - you have 24 hours"
Whats sad is that the firing strategy included exactly 0 ZERO people in top/middle management position or sales, or marketing. But rather 50% of Engineering workforce, with no criteria other than this (consultants were first). I havent seen anybody at the top saying that they`d be happy to take a paycut to keep strong people around and drive a strong product suite.
Who does that in a TECH company?
Anyway, everyone hoped for Himanshu as a voice of reason after the 5 dezastruous years with Mr. Pulli and his top yankees. Guess that`s not gonna happen considering the current company layoffs with 0 transparency or ownership.
If you`re a company outthere looking for Verifone services or products, just go look somewhere else please.
There are no ececutive changes other than the disastrous new CEO, who laid off about 50% of the company , right at Christmas. Obviously, they don't care for people. They pay well if you can stay. There are few long terners that haven't been laid off at least once and then came back at a 50% cut in pay. Horrible way to treat people. And they DON'T help those who they laid off find anything else. Just get out. And there's no way to find out what their layoff criteria was. Profits over people. I would never recommend the company or their products. Outdated and clunky software.
Heard that there were going to be some layoffs today. Did they happen?
More layoffs coming and 2024 is going to be a down year. Interim ceo was a disaster
Here comes another bad selection in leadership where they will have the good old boy club go even stronger.
I'm going to go with "Yes".
Have fun with Himanshu He doesn't take criticism and his voice in inaudible in Townhalls.
Rumors flying that Mike Pulli is no longer CEO. Any truth to the rumors ?
If Pulli is still in charge, where's the change in leadership ?
Yeah they are firing everyone you id--t
