If you follow the annual meeting and quarterly revenue updates you get a better picture on what leadership plans are. But it would appear most people on here don’t even attend stock holder meetings… if one attended the stock holder meetings they would see that often times one thing is said at the stock holder meeting and another at company meetings to keep employees happy…. But most people on here have no idea what leadership is planning … people just complain not realizing that leadership is executing the plan by the board and major shareholders

Shareholders can sue the company for not following board directions. And board members can be kicked off the board during voting activities. But the board keeps getting re-elected by shareholder bc the board an leadership are executing major shareholders plans Accordingly
