Store Manager asking DS team to cheat on SIMS to get a green score. My DS told me I can't do them anymore but showed me what they were asked to do. Isn't this a bad thing? How can we find out what the issues are if we always cheat!?

Similar to the SMs and DMs forcing the ASMs to send in fraudulent LTRs in Houston area.
Those ASMs were fired. SMs and DMs looked the other way.
Easy enough. My DS told me only she could do them from now on. I guess they're fixing the bays and making them right before doing the audit. Not sure how this helps anyone other than what the store manager gets to show his boss.
If I was doing Sims, I would do it correctly. Let them cheat, digging their own hole because it will come back and bite them in the end.
