We just lost an employee in our department and they said they will find someone internally because they can’t afford to hire someone outside of Macy’s. Like what the he-l is that. They continue to say that they have no hours. The coverage just makes me lose my mind every day.

Macys needs to be exposed as the bullies they are. Employees are not respected especially by management. You all can be replaced, she says. but really customer service has plummeted 99%, may as well be amazon ,very few at macys are happy to be working there. Too much work for same pay...especially store 333,Pleasanton
Macy's cares about employees, NOT.
They give us all a higher starting wage then cut full time employees to 30 hours. So trying to get rid of full time employees so they don't have to pay for benefits? Macys cares for thier shareholders not employees. Then in March they have a bag hunger campaign, which is fine but with hours cut the employees need the food bank.
workforce reduction through attrition. we've lost a few, no replacements.
thats been going on for years.. the company is tanking and they do not want you to know that cause your a su---r for staying and working a job of 10 people and they know this.
