You know all leadership is close to retirement and they have zero motivation to scale this company. They earned enough from this company all looking only for fire them. That's leaders state, their career is closed in another 5-10 years and anyway they don't get job out of metricstream. Even they get no company keep them long for the kind of attitude they have. But i have hard tome to understand the why a mid level/junior employees staying here. It's your career, wake up.
