Those abusing the sick process are a drain on resources. You should name them.

As the Tea boy … How can they expect the machines all to be running smoothly when there’s not enough floor staff, It was the management who thought it was a clever idea to have no cover on any machines to try and save the plant money.Basically a person of on a crew means there’s going to be a machine down that Day/Night,There’s plenty of staff no shortages in there departments. A supervisor to every 5 or 6 people?? Perhaps if the management actually invested in shop floor workers, you know the people who actually make the product then I’m sure things could be a lot different in Bangor. Then you have the same ones that constantly take the pi-s out of the sick pay and think they’re being clever perhaps the management would do more to prevent these same people from doing it over and over again. No instead they come after the people who do come to their work every day.

As the Tea Lady of our company, I wanted to provide you with an update on the ongoing visit. At the moment, our Vice Presidents for EMEA, CJ, and GLOBAL NS are present, but unfortunately, their expressions indicate a sense of disappointment. The signs we are seeing are not particularly encouraging. The Bangor branch, in particular, is struggling to support growth as a significant portion of our machinery remains inactive due to poor attendance and a lack of competent employees.

However, amidst these challenges, there is a positive development worth noting. We have received information about an incoming volume attributed to our JV position. This presents an opportunity for us to capitalize on and leverage for our benefit.

As the Tea Lady, it is crucial that we address the issues affecting our operations in Bangor promptly and find effective solutions to promote growth. We must also work closely with our VP's to understand their concerns and address them appropriately. Let's remain vigilant and proactive in tackling these challenges while also capitalizing on the potential opportunities that lie ahead. Together, we can steer our company towards success in the face of adversity.
