Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Have anyone tried contacting Jamie Moldafsky who is Nielsen's new People Officer about HR concerns at Nielsen?

Jamie Moldafsky appears to be the new
People Officer at Nielsen. Do you think if you reach out to her directly via email with HR concerns (eg. discrimination), Nielsen might fire you?

Nilesen is doing a long list of mistakes. Discrimination is not on the list afaik.

You are picking up a marketing person when you need to sell something … she mainly needs to sell a strategy and appearance not to be an HR. It’s as simple as that.

Looks like Jamie Moldafsky has a marketing background. Does anyone know if she has HR experience? She is Nielsen's Chief People Leader now. Why was she picked instead of any person with some HR experience?

Nancy Phillips, Laurie Lovett and Jamie Moldafsky are all white females. Perhaps only white females excell as people leaders at Nielsen.

Jamie Moldafsky is Chief Customer and People Officer. Perhaps it does make sense for Nielsen to have her as People Leader considering she and the former two people leaders are both white.
