My suggestion to everyone still working for WB Mason is start dusting off that resume because you’ll only find out they closed when you’re standing in the street.
Let’s face it, the call center is beyond terrible and everyone is overworked and extremely unhappy. They furloughed 2000 employees and instead of bringing them back after Covid they just made the people they kept do their jobs and without compensation of course.
Sales are down, stop counts are down and people are leaving. The higher ups are calling and yelling at people for not growing when there’s no resources or staff🤦🏼♂️
You can’t work people like dogs, give them no resources, no staff and no compensation and expect a positive outcome. The higher ups destroyed WB Mason with their greed, it’s that simple.

of course they lied! They have a track record of lying and unethical behavior . Let’s start with 2009( the federal probe in which mason “ erased “ half a million in credits due to customers).
How about the interference with the Teamsters when the boston guys wanted to unionize?
how about the “ we will bring you back as soon as possible” to the @2500(?) who got “ furloughed “?
how about the stealing , yes stealing, of the commissions owed to their own people? 5.6 million !!
How about passing off made in china 3M masks as the real thing, and the price gouging during the covid plight?

Mason visits to website in June 2023–438k( down 12.6% from may 2023). July , which traditionally has been slow, is probably trending down as well.
Quill: visits to website june 2023–1.6 million!!
office depot— visits to website june 2023—10 million
Staples - visits to website june 2023–11.6 million.
Unless you went to that special college outside of Brockton., the numbers clearly show that mason is losing this race , by a large margain.
They report 3800 employees—- of course that’s BS, since they laid off @
2000 people when covid hit. Branches are closing., mgrs are quitting , they can’t keep drivers ,etc. Do the math!!
revenue reported 2022: 1.8 billion. seems to me i recall 1.8 billion back in 2017?
they just settled a commission lawsuit for 5 million . To my knowledge, the class action suit for the 3M mask issue is for “ in excess of 5 million “.
