3rd Quarter layoffs on the horizon!
Our raise money required for more important line items: Launch23, leadership world tours to raise their morale after cutting 1300 plus heads!!
Year 2 of not even keeping up w/inflation...might be time 2 go
Seems to be the usual 1.5-2.5% going around anyway.
I was just told by my manager that our team will not get a merit increase this year. They said the company is need of the money elsewhere. Back to my regularly work schedule.
